DAY 1:
(Singapore Time: 10:50am ferry will depart from Harbourfront Centre 1 Maritime Square, 099253). / [Alternative Ferry Departure Timing: 14:20, 16:50, 19:10 (in the event that 10:50am is full)]. For any other preferred timing, kindly request upon booking.
Assemble at Singapore Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 10:50am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our air-conditioned bus for a transfer to Hotel for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
DAY 2:
07:00 am Breakfast 11:30 am: Check-out. Pick-up from hotel and transfer to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal using shared transportation (subject to change, between 11:30am – 12 noon). You can then spend some time at the Mega Mall, which is just across the street. (Return ferry timing is fixed on 1520pm. For other prefer timings please indicate on remarks: 14:10, 16:30, 17:10, 17:40, 19:00, 20:30) 
 
CITY TOUR WITH LUNCH PACKAGE OPTION/+MASSAGE
DAY 1:

Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 08:20am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Sekupang International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our shared air-conditioned bus for the One Day Batam City & Shopping Tour.

    A great new hotel in baloi. I stayed in Nagoya area so many times. Good experience at Baloi. Many food and massage centres around. This I hotel brand is very good overall, like I hotel in nagoya also good.

    Pick up at ferry station is efficient. The tour guide was waiting for us. Friendly n approachable. No hard sell on local products. Even warn us of pickpockets. The day tour was fun. Kids have a good time at the go kart and 3D illusion. Wow by the special performance. Hotel is beautiful, clean n good. Located near many eateries,first outlet factory and BCS mall. Thumbs up

    More than satisfied with my whole experience with Lokopoko Travel and I Hotel Baloi staffs in general. Ferry timings were as per how we wanted and booking voucher received almost within an hour after payment was made. Once arrived at Batam centre our pick up was ready and we reached the hotel safely. Upon reaching, atmosphere of the hotel was great, not shady. It was also clean and check in process went smoothly. Rooms were fantastic with big windows which I like. There's a spa and pool also and all is very well mantained. Staffs were very friendly. Location is near BCS Mall where u can do cheap spas and nails. Easy to find food for sure. Theres also Sushi Tei around the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

    Booked I Hotel Baloi last december thru lokopoko. Live support Ms Ker Lee was very helpful and prompt on replying all my queries. Booking, ferry, city tour, hotel all went very smoothly. The tour guide name Louis is funny and good. Ordered Kueh Lapis and he bring it to my hotel personally on the day i check out from hotel. Hotel was fantastic with BCS mall and the open air foodcourt just within walking distance. Will definitely book I Hotel again thru Lopoko if im going back Batam.

    Book superior but we top-up directly at receptionist for a deluxe room with balcony as my son wanted some fresh air. Gym equipment was adequate but rather small. Walking distance to BCS Shopping Place.

    Was here with my wife over the weekends, essentially this is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Batam. Hotel has a great swimming though even though small. The good thing about the Gym is that it is overlooking the swimming pool, thus for fitness freak like myself, if you have children you can get your wife or helper to swim with the kids while I enjoy the gym. Breakfast selection at hotel is also good. Main selling point about this hotel is that it is a mere 3-5 mins walk to BCS Mall

    I must say that the hotel is worth it's price. Staff was very professional & spoke good english. Hotel was also walking distance to Batam Centre Shopping Mall and A2 Food Court. My family and myself had thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baloi Hotel Batam.
