Check in and collect boarding pass at Bintan Resort Ferries, #01-21, Check-in counter at least 60 minutes before departure time.
Upon arrival at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be transferred to the resort for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Staffs are friendly, good service is provided. The sea view is very nice.

The package was wonderful with perfect ferry timings for a 2d1n trip.
Had a wonderful time at the resort and was able to relax and have fun even though it was a short trip.
All processes for bookings went through smoothly too!

Good resort.. Lots of things to do.. Didn't get everything that is written in the package.. Miss out fishing lesson because the guy say he didn't know until last minute that our package include that so he never prepare.. And also miss out the sky lantern.. Nobody gives it to us and not sure who to ask..

Hotel room is really good as compared to most of the other bintan hotels. We played table tennis, did some archery and relaxed at the sea-facing restaurant and beach. Although restaurant items are priced in SGD and comparable to singapore prices, their standard is pretty good. They also have a small night club in the resort!

We booked a 2D1N package at Bintan Lagoon with fireflies tour including a set dinner. Everything was pretty good except for the "set" dinner – we saw on the menu of the restaurant that their set menu consisted of 5 dishes but we were only served a plate of fried rice! Very disappointing.
Also Bintan Lagoon is currently undergoing renovation and several restaurants were closed. Would have appreciated if Lokopoko could have informed us in advance.

I have stayed in all bintan resorts before. I go to Bintan very often and this is my favourite. Very professional and feels different from the usual indonesia standard.

Wonderful resort. Everything is perfect except for the quality and prices of the food. But what can we do? We've got to eat what we've got to eat at the resort. Other than that, great facilities, beautiful resort and wonderful service.
