1. Bank Transfer

A: E-Banking / Internet Banking 
• Kindly indicate your NAME under “INITIALS” when you are making an internet transfer. Please do not indicate “Deals” / “travel package” etc as we have many payments of such. 
• You may do a print screen of the completed transaction by holding on to the “PRT SC” button on your keyboard. You may be required to hold on to either the shift or control key together. 
• If you are unable to do a print screen as above, you may “PRINT” to PDF the completed transaction by holding on to “CTRL+P” on your browser and selecting a PDF printer. 
• You may also take a picture of the completed transaction with your camera/phone and email us the photo. 
B: ATM transfer 
• Scan/take a photo of the receipt of the transfer and email to us.

Please email us the print screen/scanned/picture copy. We will not be able to process e-payments without any transaction slips proofs. 
Please note that if you are doing e-banking from a different bank (non-posb/dbs bank) the payment may take up to 3 working days to reach us.

Kindly ensure that all amounts of payment made via bank transfer are accurate as per the required amount stated in this email advice. All overpayment made to our company's account, will not be refunded in cash but can only be used on future purchases.
