\n\tDay 2: HANOI – MAI CHAU MINORITY  VILLAGE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBreakfast at hotel.
\n\t+ 08:00-08:30:<\/strong> Pick up from your hotel and head west towards Hoa Binh to have refreshment.
\n\t+ 10:00:<\/strong> Leave Hoa Binh for Mai Chau Valley, about 2hrs away, stop for snapping pictures.
\n\t+ 12:00:<\/strong> Arrive in Mai Chau and have lunch in a family house in the local village.
\n\t+ 14:00:<\/strong> Bicycle around the surrounding villages of White Thai Ethnic people. Learn more about their lives and cultures as your guide can help answer any questions.
\n\t+ 18: 00:<\/strong> Dinner with the family, get a closer look into their real life. Drink “ruou can” (traditional alcohol of the minority people) with your new family.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHome stay at the stilt house<\/strong>, the interesting part of the trip. Stilt houses are unique to Mai Chau. There are the large communal rooms. However, we will arrange a private room for you to stay.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tNote for home stay:<\/u><\/strong> very standard room, no air-conditioner, with fan only, common toilet, no private toilet.<\/em><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDay 3: MAI CHAU – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe early morning is the most peaceful time to walk around the villages. See women prepare foods on the wooden fire while the sun is rising over the beautiful mountains.
\n\t+ 7h30:<\/strong> Light breakfast in the village then walk to Mai Chau market then climb to 1000 Step Cave<\/strong>. The cave is breathtaking and so is the view of the area from the entrance of the cave.
\n\t+ 12h00:<\/strong> Have lunch in the village before getting on the bus back to Hanoi.
\n\t+ 17h00:<\/strong> Back to your hotel in Hanoi
