PACKAGE ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL COLOMBO – NEGOMBO 
Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport. Transfer to beach hotel in Negombo. Overnight stay at Hotel in Negombo.
DAY 2 : NEGOMBO – PINNAWELA – KANDY (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to visit the elephant orphanage in Pinnawela. See the elephants in nature, being fed, working & bathing in the near by river. Visit a spice garden to see different spices and how some of these spices are grown and leave for Kandy which was the last kingdom of Sri Lanka, and the hill capital. Kandy is also the venue for annual perehera, a pagent with over 150 elephants, dance troops, etc., parading the city.  Visit the temple of the tooth relic, lake, upper lake, Kandy Market area. In the evening witness a cultural dance show featuring traditional sri Lankan dances including fire dancing.Over night stay in, Kandy.
DAY 3 : KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA (B/L/D) 
After breakfast visit royal botanical gardens in Peradeniya and proceed to Nuwara eliya, known as “Little England” of Sri Lanka. En route see the mountains covered with tea bushes and cascading waterfalls. The town is set against a beautiful backdrop of mountains, valleys, waterfalls and tea gardens. Nuwara eliya is one of the coldest places in the island, with a weather of almost like a spring day in England. The tempreture will drop at night and taking a warm Jercy is recommended. Visit a tea factory and a plantation to see the tea manufacturing process. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of “Ceylon Tea”.  Later make a city tour of Nuwara eliya. Overnight stay in Nuwara eliya.
DAY  4 : NUWARA ELIYA – ELLA – YALA (B/L/D)
After breakfast leave for the Yala.  En route stop at the Rawana Ella Water Fall. Afternoon at Yala make a safari in an open jeep in the Yala National Park. Yala is the largest National Park in Sri Lanka and is home to wild elephants, wild boars, wild buffaloes, leopards, bears, deer’s and crocodiles. Large flock of migratory and indigenous girds are also found here. Stay overnight in Tissa /Yala.
DAY  5 : YALA – BEACH (B/L/D) 
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Kataragama Hindu temple, Sri Lanka’s largest & where pilgrims from all over Sri Lanka come for to worship. Afterwards leave for South/West Coast. Make stops at Hambantota / Tangalle and Matara. In Koggala see the stilt fishermen seated on poles mounted. In Galle visit the colonial Dutch Fort. In Hikkaduwa make a tour in a glass-bottom boat to see the impressive underwater corals. Evening relax by the beach & stay overnight at South west coast.Afterwards leave for Colombo. En route visit a Turtle hatchery & a traditional mask making factory. Overnight stay in south west beach hotel.
DAY 6 : BEACH – COLOMBO – AIRPORT (B/L)
After breakfast relax by the beach and leave for the airport via Colombo. Make a city tour of Colombo. Colombo like many capital cities in developing countries is fast changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained. For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings. Other places of interest are the Pettah bazaar where one can shop for bargain, a Hindu and Buddhist temple, residential areas where you can find the stately homes of affluent, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the People’s Republic of China. Thereafter, do a shopping tour of Colombo.
