    Good morning Jervis

Gek Cheng and myself would like to thank you for the arrangements that you had made for us in Danang.

From the time we arrived to the day we left we were not disappointed at all.

The hotel was really good, very clean, rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. The duty manager wo checked us in – Thinh was excellent and very personable. Every day he never failed to ask how was our stay and if everything was ok. Their breakfast spread was good and they even have room service for breakfast throughout the day. The morning shift duty manager,Long was alsopersonable.

I have to also commend Quang, our tour guide. He was good and knows his staff. He is patient, knows when to let us be and is always waiting for us when we are ready. Our driver, Windy was also good, he is a very careful driver.

The lunches and dinner was good, standard, quality and ambience of the restaurants was good. To be honest we did not expect that kind of standard. I am sure you kow that most agencies over at the other side donot really give quality restaurants and food.

I have to commend Lokpoko’s overseas contacts, so far we have not been disappointed, first was Bali and now Danang.

    Thank you Iwan, Bernice.
