Diving
With FLOAT at PER AQUUM Huvafen Fushi, discover the underwater spectacle of the Maldives during the daily dive programs. Beginners can have their first glimpse of a whole new underwater world of fish and coral landscape with our “Discover Scuba Diving” course. Already tried diving before? Go on and complete your diving license – we offer Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver certification courses that take just a couple of days. Certified divers can choose between double and single tank dives and a variety of advanced and specialty courses while children as young as 8 can also join in the fun with the “Bubble Maker” program.

Sunset Fishing
Peace, tranquility, simplicity and beauty. There’s no better place to be to capture the captivating Maldivian sunset than out on the water, as the light reflects and shimmers across the Indian Ocean. Feel at one with life as you cast off for some relaxing line fishing as the sun goes down. Prepare for some action too. This is the time of day when the big fish bite.

Dolphin Cruise
An evening to remember sailing into the sunset with Dolphins swimming alongside your Dhoni or in the distance in their natural habitat. Sightings are seasonal so please check with your Thakuru on availability.

Whale Shark Spotting
Swim with the ocean’s biggest fish – the Whale Shark and enjoy a day on board our luxury yacht Silver Surf. This full day excursion will take you to one of the best Whale Shark spots in the Maldives where you are likely to see Manta Rays, Dolphins, Turtles and of course the Whale Shark. Sightings are seasonal so please check with your Thakuru on availability.

Dolphin Cruise
A special bond with nature. Experience the mystery of the Big Blue with a sunset cruise across the waters of the Indian Ocean to see dolphins swimming alongside you. The Maldives is home to a quarter of the world’s species of dolphin and as you sail out into the setting sun in a traditional dhoni you can view their natural habitat. A feeling that inspires a sense of deep connection and relaxation. Sightings are seasonal so please check with your Thakuru on availability.

Big Game Fishing
Adventure on the high seas. Be game enough to take on the exhilarating challenge of big game fishing, offshore in the deep waters of the Indian Ocean. Sport fishing is all about the hunt and the rich underwater landscape of rich in aquatic life. Catch a barracuda at dawn, pursue a sailfish in the afternoon and track wahoo, mahi-mahi and tuna in between.

Snorkelling
Dive into a world of vibrant colour, adventure and rich marine life with an exciting snorkelling expedition in the Maldives. A guided tour takes you to the uninhabited island of Maafunafaru and its stunning Coral Garden with green turtles, schooling fish and reef sharks. Stay closer to shore, in the crystal clear waters by the lagoon to explore the House Reef in all its multi-coloured splendour.

Motorised Watersports
Speed across the water. Feel the adrenaline of high-energy activities as you power over the lagoon for an exhilarating experience, with the sun on your skin and the breeze in your hair and the panoramic views of a beautiful paradise found. Learn the skills of waterskiing and wakeboarding with fun lessons or zip off on a jet ski or sea bob for a real James Bond style adventure.

Non-motorised Watersports
Put the wind in your sails and follow nature’s elemental force. Captain a catamaran to sleekly cut through the water for a fast sailing adventure. Windsurfing lets you ride the waves, while the twists, turns and leaps of kitesurfing promise the exhilaration of extreme watersports. Paddle boats and kayaks are a gentler way to get out on the water on a beautiful day.
