A brand new, fresh hotel that opened for business only in May 2015, Nagoya Hill Hotel Batam is centrally located within the famed Nagoya Hill compound and just a minute walk away from Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre in Batam, Indonesia. When you talk about a convenient city hotel with the best & most suitable location for shopping, this has got to be the hotel. Its only competition is probably going to be the higher-priced I Hotel. 

Its 233 rooms are very spacious and modernly fitted with minimalist design with in-room facilities such as cable Smart TV, IPTV and in-house movies, high-speed wireless internet access, mini-bar, coffee and tea-making facilities. Extras include slippers and toiletries. There is a 24-hour front desk, hairdresser's, and gift shop at the property.

DAY 1:
(Singapore Time: 10:50am ferry will depart from Harbourfront Centre 1 Maritime Square, 099253). / [Alternative Ferry Departure Timing: 14:20, 16:50, 19:10 (in the event that 10:50am is full)]. For any other preferred timing, kindly request upon booking.
Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 10:50am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our air-conditioned bus for a transfer to Hotel for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
DAY 2:
07:00 am Breakfast 11:30 am: Check-out. Pick-up from hotel and transfer to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal using shared transportation (subject to change, between 11:30am – 12 noon). You can then spend some time at the Mega Mall, which is just across the street. (Return ferry timing is fixed on 1520pm. For other prefer timings please indicate on remarks: 14:10, 16:30, 17:10, 17:40, 19:00, 20:30) 
 
CITY TOUR WITH LUNCH PACKAGE OPTION/+MASSAGE
DAY 1:

Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 08:20am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Sekupang International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our shared air-conditioned bus for the One Day Batam City & Shopping Tour.

    Only positives for this hotel. Location is great, just beside nagoya mall, buffet breakfast in hotel was excellent. Didn't have the time to try out their in-house spa. Staff at hotel was overall very accommodating after they have given a twin bed room by mistake, as we were a couple, we would prefer a king bed, thanks for that.

    hotel is literally just beside nagoya shopping mall where food and shopping is at your footsteps! staff was very accommodating especially the room change. we wanted a high floor and they happily did the change for us. staff speaks good english! will be back.

    Great customer service, welcome drink available. Hotel staffs are friendly and respectful! There’s always enough space for everyone! Ordered taxi from the hotel to batam centre for 6 pax cost RP95,000 (approx 9.5SGD). The taxi can fit 12 people and is by the hotel. Comfy and nice driver

    The Nagoya Hill hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is of lots of variety. And they have sheltered walkway all the way to Nagoya Shopping Centre. But prepare to queque for breakfast as this is quite a popular hotel due to the proximity to the shopping center.
