| Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Sindo Ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 11:30am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Water Front Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our air-conditioned bus for a transfer to Hotel for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. | |

My kids really like the big pool. Harris really lives up to its name of being fun. Not the newest hotel but we had a great stay. If you come during the school holidays, can be very very full.

I held my company gathering @ harris waterfront, we had about 20 adults. the tour arrangements organise by lokopoko was smooth and gr8. my team thoroughly enjoyed the seafood lunch provided. harris had plenty of watersports & activities for them to do as well, recommended for corporate outings!

was staying @ harris waterfront with my family over the new year. definitely recommend for a short getaway even though it was crowded during my stay, understandable as it was over a festive period. only downside is that the resort allow outsiders (with a fee) to use the swimming pool. it was already crowded with stayers there, then mixed with the outsiders, it was too packed. but will be back esp during low season

Great location near water front. Lot of water actitvities kyak, jet ski. Really enjoyed kyaing. Very large pool also. Exfllent buffet breakfast. Would recommend!

It was kind of last minute when we book, but the staff was very helpful and assisted us anyway.
Was at Harris Waterfront with my family last week. Resort is split into 2 wings, one older wing and one newer wing, older wing, rooms are huge with bath tub whereas newer wing, rooms are slightly smaller with standing shower only. My distant relatives stayed at the older wing as they required connecting rooms as me and my fiancee stayed at the newer wing. Got the pool view room, everything was nicely planned and we all enjoyed ourselves here 😀

I brought my guest from India to there, Hotel checkin time too long, even though we reached 6PM, Floor tiles are poped up, Night time no Indian food available. The rest is ok. Swimming pool is big.

outdated exterior & interior of resort, require revamp on walls, facilities and furnishing. tried the massage at resort, was not up to expectations. staff was very friendly and accommodating, as per reviews above, do request for rooms to be on newer hotel wing.

Invited my family from Korea to Batam for a shortgetaway from Singapore. Overall I would say that this resort is above average. Certain facilities will require upgrade. Rooms took some time to cool, staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout.

Can't really say much as I paid a very reasonable price for this resort. Price was cheap but resort needs some polishing on the outside. Pool is ideal for family with smaller children.
