Check in and collect boarding pass at Bintan Resort Ferries, #01-21, Check-in counter at least 60 minutes before departure time.
Upon arrival at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be transferred to the resort for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Hotel has many facilities as it's located inside the Nirwana Gardens compound. It's a good 4-star resort with its own private beach. Would stay 2 nights the next time round..

Definitely a family oriented resort, they have a kids pool & club. My kids thoroughly enjoy their stay there, breakfast spread was plentiful as well. They organise different themes for their lunch and dinner, when I was there with my family it was during the CNY period, thus, we were given yummy oriented food! Thumbs up! Only one downside is that you are require to walk at least 10 minutes to the massage centre from the resort itself, they do cater shuttle service should you have elderly with you.

The package is of great value, you would know if you have been to Nirwana resort hotel. The only thing I want to add on is that the message is quite good, too, although it's not in the Nirwana garden but the Plaza Logoi.

Great place for a short getaway. Had lunch/dinner at their Poolside resturant. Although weather is hot. the service staff ensure we had the best cooling table. Lots of activities at the hotel or around it. Batik painting, water sports are all so fun! Beach is clean. I think the hotel did a great job to maintain the cleanliness of the beach and its premises.

Great place for a short getaway, highly recommend the massage at Nirwana resort for its price and quality. The package is quite a good deal as it covers almost everything.

Very good deal purchased with Lokopoko. Agency service is good and efficient as well. Preferred nirwana over bintan lagoon as the compound is much bigger to explore. Will definitely go again.

In my personal opinion, the only resort in Bintan that has plenty of facilities – swimming pool jacuzzi, spa, kids club, private beach, water sports, massage centre, bowling alley, shooting range, convenience store and the list goes on.. staff speaks good english as well. Will be back no matter what.

Resort is good for families. There were a small playground and also a huge swimming pool. We stayed at the Deluxe Premier Room as I had 2 children with me. Room had a good see view!

My kids love the child friendly faciltiies, stayed at Bintan Lagoon Resort before, I can firmly say that Nirwana Resort is much better. Lobby was slightly warm, would better if they fix a few small fans to accommodate to guest waiting for rooms to be ready. We took the 1110 ferry and went for the massage in town first. Massage service was average as it was not hard enough. Transfers to and fro were a breeze though. Rooms are huge, the only problem is that along the corrider there were plenty of geckos. Resort ought to look into eliminating them for hygiene purposes.

Price was ok only, not too cheap for weekend travel bt cheaper than other agents. Swimming pool was decently size but i didn't use them. Room was overlooking the ocean, hotel meals was delicious but very expensive.
