Check in and collect boarding pass at Bintan Resort Ferries, #01-21, Check-in counter at least 60 minutes before departure time.
Upon arrival at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be transferred to the resort for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Rooms are very basic. Although it's 3 stars, rooms are very clean. Just steps away to the private beach. It's also unique with its chalet style. I'd recommend this if the other resorts are too pricey for you. Its also located in the nirwana gardens compound with lots of facilities and amenities. Cheers

Very simple stay. I chose this because of the price and the surrounding facilities and activities. Room is just simple. To sleep in.

Nirwana resort and mayang sari were full. My family wanted to play in nirwana compounds. So we book this one. Nothing much for the interior. Simple and reasonable. Good facilities in nirwana as usual and my kids had a lot of fun.
