| Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 10:50am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our air-conditioned bus for a transfer to Hotel for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. | |

| 07:00 am Breakfast 11:30 am: Check-out. Pick-up from hotel and transfer to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal using shared transportation (subject to change, between 11:30am – 12 noon). Was quite skeptic in choosing this hotel due to it being only 3* and that it was located far from Nagoya. But to my surprise, Eska has perform beyond my expectation. Hotel is new and walking distance to Kepri Mall. My wife tried using the hotel's facial spa centre, and she loves it. Will def come back!

Hotel is definitely under-rated. Good fixtures, staff is friendly & approachable. Walking distance to Kepri Mall, plenty of cheap eateries there. My partner went for their spa & facial treatments as recommended by other travelers and she say that the treatments were all good and affordable! Need to cab over to Nagoya though, recommend to get 1 from the hotel instead of flagging one down outside.

Everything is good except the service. Much room for improvemet for service. sometimes i wonder how hotel and agency make money with this price…

A little far from nagoya hill area but hotel is right beside another mall, Kepri Mall, relatively empty and less people visiting though. Not much meal options.

To me, eska looks like a boutique hotel. 4* is accurate, within 2 minutes walk to Kepri Mall… plenty of food choices there, lacking choice of indian food. Hotel is decently price which makes the trip even more enjoyable.
